Carne en posta is a staple dish in Colombian cuisine. Basically, you can find anything “En Posta,” from chicken to fish, but in many homes, beef is the norm.

 

Traditionally, carne en posta is from the Caribbean region of Colombia, Barranquilla, but now it can be found almost everywhere.
